    Stephen LeBeau, PhD has 35 years experience in the areas of manufacturing and materials processing and commercial market development of advanced materials. nanoMAG LLC is the fourth start up experience for Dr. LeBeau.Stephen has a technical background by training but his commercial success is due mainly to his skills at teambuilding across multiple functions and between organizations. Dr. LeBeau has a PhD in Mat. Eng. from the Univ of Wisconsin.

Ray is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and holds degrees in MSE from the University of Michigan. Dr. Decker holds 15 patents on materials and processes with a major focus on alloy design and is instrumental in developing the next generation of nanomaterials for biomedical applications.
