We want to open a microbrewery in a city that does not currently have a dedicated microbrewery but has the need for one.
We want to make quality beers by starting in a local market and eventually capturing a regional consumer base. Growth with the microbrewery has continually risen over the past few years. In 2011 it grew 12% while domestic sales grew less than 1%. Consumers are migrating towards better tasting beer, and we want to capitalize on this trend.
