Company Summary

Childbirth causes a tremendous amount of injury to mothers. Over 80% of women who deliver vaginally suffer from visible vaginal lacerations (tearing) and 50% suffer from irreparable damage to their pelvic muscles. Consequences of this damage include urinary and fecal incontinence, prolapse, extended pain and longer recovery times while a new mother is trying to care for a baby, sexual dysfunction, and permanent disfigurement.
