Thomas was a child actor who performed in commercials and in Tom Stoppard's Night and Day on Broadway. In 1999, Thomas formed Magique Productions to pursue a career in multimedia. He is a writer for Star Trek fan films, including the Starship Farragut animated episode Power Source. Thomas has written and produced 3 TV pilots. In 2010, Thomas won runner up in the first Anne of Green Gables Online Film Festival.
