Alicia has 14 years leading field marketing and sales experience: launched Red Bull in the Kansas City market and managed their field marketing and collegiate sampling programs for a seven state region; created and implemented the national field marketing and collegiate sampling programs for 5-hour ENERGY. Alicia has both the direct experience and connections which are instrumental for collecting consumers and gaining national traction.

As a co-founder, Chris helped create the Life Equals brand from the ground up including: creation & direction of company branding, UI/UX, ensuring timely & cost-effective fulfillment of products to consumers, research & assist R&D and oversee product production through third party vendors.

Jacquelyn WilliamsNational Sales Director
Jacquelyn leads the wholesale expansion of Balance the Superfood Shot in Kansas City, Southern California and Florida. Jac actively manages our retail partners, distributors and brokers to increase product footprint and grow in-store placement. Prior to Life Equals, Jacquelyn was a Key On-Premise Sales Rep for Anheuser-Busch in L.A. and later a District Sales Manager.

Community Manager
Alex manages a team of over 60 national brand ambassadors, as well as creates, implements and executes social media marketing campaigns. Alongside managing our brand ambassadors, Alex audits and creates content for all company social media platforms. Alex also coordinates all events in the Life Equals Event Space such as yoga teacher training, work out events, networking events and brand ambassador lead events.

Digital Marketing Director
Christie plans, develops and executes digital marketing strategies to target, acquire and retain new customers. Her main objectives are increasing qualified traffic to site and increasing conversion. Responsibilities include building, running and optimizing email marketing campaigns and optimizing lean marketing funnel and optimizing brand ambassador program. Christie also manages all Life Equals products on third-party sites such as Amazon.
