    Prior to founding LEAPIN in 2008, Steve gained much of his property management experience as a Manager in Australian Local Governments. Whilst working in 3 local governments,Subiaco(WA), Cairns (QLD) and Holdfast Bay (SA), Steve helped manage a range of assets including Community Centres, sporting facilities, function centres, art galleries, cemeteries, and libraries. Steve holds a BA (Town Planning) and MBA from the University of South Australia
