Leading by example, my café would use local everything from the food being served, to local furniture makers. Regular benefits to help the community and partnerships with non-profits to engage the community and improve it. Using local architects, I envision the use of rain water and a roof greenhouse and recycle/reuse at least 50% of all refuge accumulated.
