We exploit a niche in a market with 500 million dollars of media spending annually (by luxury and fashion brands). We solved a problem that is specific to Japan, where magazines create the main brand image, helping brands to select the right media. Having access to consumer networks through years of interacting with fashion opinion leaders, we have a sustainable advantage over competitors that cannot easily be overcome.
