Own the Cow, Drink the Milk!
Jacqua is a farmhouse enterprise providing unpasteurised milk to herdsharers in return for payment for cow maintenance and milking. If funds permit, a small dairy and milk processing facility will be constructed to convert surplus milk into cheese and butter. Male calves are raised for milk-fed veal, servicing Sydney's restaurant market. Current herdsharers come from Canberra, Goulburn, Sydney and the South Coast, with a waiting list of 200 plus.
