There are an estimated 50 Million intubations performed worldwide each year with approximately 25 Million intubations performed in the US. The RespiScope consists of two units – the reusable optical unit and the disposable blade. The disposable blade has built in channels that guide the endotracheal tube, hold the reusable optics unit, and provides extraction of fluids.

Ms. Larson is the inventor of the RespiScope and is a registered nurse who has extensive experience in emergency, critical and pulmonary care situations. From 1997 to the present, she has served in multiple, varied capacities as a registered nurse, working in supervisory roles and specialized areas in hospitals and long-term care facilities. Her primary focus has been the continued development and progression of the RespiScope.

Mr. Barber has over 30 years of executive management experience, serving as President and CEO of both privately held and large publicly traded companies, including Safeway Stores, Nash Finch, Eagle Food Centers, and Associated Wholesale Grocers. Mr. Barber was responsible for all operating, marketing and financing activities. Mr. Barber had direct management of operations with annual sales in excess of $1.5 billion.

Mr. Bosko is a certified public accountant with over 30 years financial experience. He was a senior auditor with Touche Ross & Company from 1978 to 1982. Mr. Bosko is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Adeptiv Solutions. Mr. Bosko was the Budget Director for Blair Corporation. Prior to Blair, Mr. Bosko held executive financial positions for various small and medium sized companies in the process of start-up or reorganization.
