    Prior to Insignia, Chris was Chief Marketing Officer for Definity Health. He has served as an advisor to various healthcare organizations, including Healthline, AdherenceRx and the New England Healthcare Institute. Prior to Definity, Chris spent 12 yrs in executive level brand management positions with The Pillsbury Co, Health Valley Foods & Dreyer’s & Edy’s Grand Ice Cream. Chris holds an MBA from the U of MN and a BA from Occidental College.

    COO & Founder

    Craig has spent his career developing strategic and operating infrastructures that enable consumers to drive change. He co-founded Definity Health in '98 and served in several leadership roles up to the company’s sale to United Healthcare. Prior to Definity, Craig worked as a Manager for Deloitte Consulting within the healthcare practice supporting clients that included Kaiser & BCBS. He holds an MBA from the U of MN, and a BA from the U of VT.

    Dr. Mahoney is a recognized leader in the measurement and evaluation of consumer health behavior. As a professor of sociology, Bill taught and conducted research for 20+ years at the Western Washington University. From '99 to '07, Bill served as Director of Survey Research & Design for PeaceHealth, an integrated multi-state health system. Bill has authored extensively in leading health journals, including Health Affairs & Health Services Research

    Dr. Hibbard is a Professor of Health Policy at the U of Oregon, lead inventor of the PAM®, and a recognized expert on consumerism in healthcare. Dr. Hibbard advises many healthcare organizations and serves on several advisory commissions and councils for AHRQ, the National Health Care Quality Forum, JCAHO, NCQA, and the RWJ Foundation. She has authored 90+ peer-reviewed publications. She holds a Masters from UCLA and a PhD from UC Berkeley.
