Up to those days researchers community have not identified the method of processing gluten free. In bakery industry, bakers use an conglomerated vegetable flour which are mixed to the wheat flour to produce gluten free bread. With our research we have developed a reactant from crops to remove sensitive part of flour. Taking gluten free is a public benefit, it helps in many way to improve human antibody to resist diseases as from coaliac patients
