    2012 Food & Wine Best New Chef Danny Grant will oversee the food
    program and all kitchen operations.

    While running RIA at the Elysian Hotel from 2009 to 2012, Chef Grant earned perfect four-star reviews from the Chicago Tribune and Chicago magazine and was the youngest US Chef to earn two Michelin stars in both 2011 and 2012. He made RIA profitable within his first year.

    Grant previously worked at North Pond, NoMi and Elements.

    Brian O'Connor

    Brian O’Connor will serve as General Manager and oversee all day-to-day operations.

    He has worked for James Beard Award winners Roberto Donna, Bruce Sherman, Odessa Piper & Tory Miller. A Chicago native, O’Connor partnered with 2003 Food & Wine Best New Chef Bruce Sherman at North Pond where he oversaw the construction, rebranding and opening of the restaurant. Gourmet called it “Chicago’s Best.”
