    Sandy Cohen left a prosperous career in banking in the Dallas area to form CommunitiWorks in 2004. CW's initial focus was rural India, where the current model of community development was pioneered. Since 2011 she has revised the CW model for implementation in Cambodia in March 2013. She remains active in both the US-based and international social venture communities.
