  • Dr. MacKay is founder and CEO of CeraHelix. She has 20 years’ experience in materials research, and worked in corporate R&D at 3M Corporation where her responsibilities included analysis of both existing and developing products, including a $300 million product line in the electronic materials division. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill and was a Mass High Tech “Woman to Watch” in 2011.

  • Ms. von Dirke, worked at Deutsche Bank as a financial analyst where she structured capital market transactions and developed products to meet early stage financial needs with a focus on start-up Biotech and Information Technology companies.
    She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an Economics degree (Diplom-Volkswirt) from the University of Frankfurt, Germany.

    Chief Commercial Officer

    Judith has a BS in Mech. Eng, and has 30+ years experience in the filtration industry. She ran her own firm for 15 years offering business development, engineering, and sales channel development services. Prior to that she held senior positions at both large and small filtration companies including VP of Sales at Inge Americas, Executive VP, Membranes Division of NORIT Americas (now Pentair) and Regional Sales Manager of Koch Membrane Systems.
