Airlines traditionally struggle in determining how many seats to reserve for higher-fare, late-booking passengers vs. sell to leisure passengers. If the number of late-booking passengers exceeds forecasts, airlines miss opportunities to earn more revenue. When that happens, Bump Agent helps move passengers (on a voluntary basis) from high-demand flights to lower-demand flights via a tech-enabled, customer-friendly process - increasing revenue.
