By delivering the first live, continuous, image streams of Earth from space, AstroVision will revolutionize weather, news, and environmental information. We will predict, capture and track major events like tornadoes, hurricanes, volcanoes, forest fires, and a multitude of other events -- LIVE. Through up-to-the-second imagery, thermal and lightning data AstroVision will give tornado prediction up to 45 minutes prior with location down to 4 km.

    Dr. LeCompte received his Ph.D. in Astrophysical, Planetary and Atmospheric Sciences from the University of Colorado in 1984 and did post-doctoral research at Harvard College Observatory. As a systems scientist for Aerodyne Research, Inc., he managed and did research and development work for Department of Defense sponsored programs related to a variety of electro-optical, remote sensing technologies. Dr. LeCompte is the founder of AstroVision.
