Company Summary

The Company is positioned to become the largest prepaid MasterCard debit card provider for the U.S. Hispanic unbanked, underbanked and global money transfer markets. We will also be marketing to other immigrant groups, employers (as a payroll card), students, travelers, hospitality customers and government entities. This provides purchasing power, low-cost money transfers, and other prepaid and valued-added services, to these markets.
