    BS Aeronautical Engineering. Aerospace engineer previously designed first Fly-by-Wire Flight System, which became standard for commercial/military aircraft worldwide. He was a member of a two-man team responsible for the development of the jet thrusters used for flight controls for the X-15 High-Speed Research Aircraft & Space Shuttle. As a Tuskegee Airman, he was awarded the Congressional Gold Metal of Honor by President George Bush.
