Humanleads is a SaaS tool that helps nurse managers in US hospitals to retain and engage their nurses by having timely and personalized engaging conversations with them. The tool allows hospitals to lower turnover costs and increase revenue due to better quality of patient care.
We will charge hospitals for the subscription to our tool on a monthly basis. We came up with a reasonable price level allowing us to have strong positive unit economics.
