    Born in 1968, Mr. Brack has an international degree in engineering. He has experience in building product lines and has set up business lines at Alcatel-Lucent and Tektronix. He was responsible for identifying and completing several successful projects—including the next-generation software-defined radio for Alcatel-Lucent—and for bringing them successfully to the market internationally.

    Born in 1968, Mr. Zander has an engineering degree in technical information systems. He gained ICT experience at companies including Teles and Tektronix. He created and developed software architectures with international teams of up to 45 people. Focusing on agile software development with a strong focus on usability in the .net environment. With 8MAN, he has created the first easy-to-use, easy-to-understand approach to access rights management.
