    Scot began his media career in '77 and worked in broadcast for 20 years. In '94 he founded the world’s first internet only radio network, NetRadio. He created the network's syndication and content strategies. NetRadio was the first Internet radio network to receive an experimental license from ASCAP. NetRadio offered more than 125 stations attracting 50 million listens/mo. NetRadio consistently held 8 of the top 10 Aribtron Internet radio ranks.
