His extensive manufacturing experience combined with roles involved in marketing and product development provides a unique perspective to translate concept to product delivery.

As Chief Accounting Officer, Tim designed & implemented financial accounting policies to provide management & Investors with information to drive decision making & concurrently meet GAAP, SEC and IFRS external financial reporting & mandates, as well as meet external auditor needs. In addition to creating initial financial statements & disclosures, Tim has evolved private company financial statements to meet SEC accounting &reporting requirements.
