Ben is a social computing hacker, who did research in optimising social network workflows and social processes as well as how to mine social data for effective relationship management. Ben originally started Unifyo by developing an Android app that lead to Unifyo after a range of pivots. His background is in information systems and hold an MSc in E-Business & Innovation. Before founding Unifyo, he gathered experience in IT consulting and sales.

Robin is the technical backbone of Unifyo. He is proficient in a multitude of programming languages and frameworks, primarily focusing on implementation of data extraction, matching and analysis algorithms. Prior to joining Unifyo, he did a PhD at Cambridge University in the area of machine learning and programming for consumers. He did an internship on Google and developed exceptionary JavaScript skills.

Lewis is a "full stack designer", doing everything from UX concepts over graphical assets to front-end development and content production (including video). Prior to joingin Unifyo, Lewis worked in and also ran his own design agencies. He was involved in the production of several high-profile mobile and web applications. He is also chief tea officer.

Jennifer is a seasoned business development specialist who recently joined Unifyo to accellerate the conversion of customers, making the sales process more structured and exploring market opportunities for Unifyo. Prior to joining Unifyo, she has been involved in a number of high-profile startups in Cambridge, including ARM, as well as bigger organisations like Hitachi.
