Elliott Johnson is the founder and CEO of Smart Energy Distributors Inc. Elliott has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware. Elliott is responsible for company operations, business development, strategic planning, and building and maintaining key customer relationships.

Marielle graduated from Harvey Mudd College with a degree in Mathematics. Soon after graduation, Marielle began working in promotions and event staffing in Northern California. Working on promotional campaigns allowed her to experience and implement various marketing strategies for the brands she represented. Marielle has specific experience working at the ground level promoting and sampling both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.

Prosper is also the co-founder of Peanut Labs, a social monetization company that helps publishers maximize their earning potential via virtual goods and currencies offered through a mix of discount deals, market research surveys, global payments, and offers.
This $5m venture capital-backed business recently was acquired by e-Rewards, Inc.
