Chandra is a Physician and serial inventor. He founded Novobionics to develop a minimally invasive, safe and effective alternative to treat obesity and type 2 diabetes. He has several filed and pending patents in gastroenterology, interventional pulmonology, vascular catheters, allergy testing, interventional cardiology and general surgery. He completed his residency training in internal medicine at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia.

Udayan has over 22 years of R&D experience, specifically focused on medical devices. He has held several positions at Guidant(now Abbott Vascular), Johnson & Johnson, Advanced Stent Technologies (now Boston Scientific) and Avantec Vascular (now Goodman & Co.), and most recently as Vice-President at Icon Interventional Systems, where his major accomplishments have been in leading the development of medical devices from concept to commercialization

Jay is the Chairman of our board. Dr. Yadav is an internationally renowned interventional cardiologist, inventor and serial entrepreneur and is currently the Chariman and CEO of Cardiomems corporation in Atlanta, Georgia and chairman of the Piedmont Healthcare Center for Medical Innovation in Atlanta and the current chairman of the board of southeastern medical device association (SEMDA).

Car has worked in the medical/medical device arena for over 40 years with successful experience in founding and building 16 medical device companies such as ACS/Lilly/Guidant, Thermage, Conor medsystems. He also has experience working with venture capital investing with Versant Ventures. Carl's first entrepreneurial effort, Advanced Cardiovascular Systems became the University of Medical Devices, giving birth to over 100 medical device companies.

Roger has worked in the medical device field for over 20 years, and is currently the President and CEO of Stellartech Research Corporation, a contract medical device development and manufacturing company located in Sunnyvale, California. Over the past 18 years, he has developed key technology for more than twenty medical device start-up companies. He is the inventor or co-inventor of over 50 granted and pending patents.
