WatchTower and Friends (WTF) Accelerator

WatchTower and Friends (WTF) Accelerator is a company that is pursuing its vision of building a startup ecosystem that will raise an ever growing number of successful startups. Operating under the tagline 'We Start Things', WatchTower and Friends initiates lines of actions that benefits startups.

The name WatchTower and Friends is inspired by Jimi Hendrix's song 'All Along The Watchtower' A line of the song goes, "There's too much confusion, I can't get no relief". WTF cuts through the confusion startups face with programmes that get them to the next level fast.

We are looking for early stage startups working on FinTech, Big Data, Marketplaces, Logistics/Transportation, TravelTech, Network Security, SaaS or EdTech that'd like to explore working with us and receive pre-seed funding. Startups in other sectors could be considered if we find them interesting.

To date, we have taken in 44 startups. Some of them have become notable names in the local startup ecosystem in Malaysia - TheLorry.com, MoneyMatch, MyCashOnline, Omnimatics, PostCo, Lapasar, ParkIt to name a few.
