WomenVenture, a Twin Cities-based non-profit with a mission to empower women to create profitable and sustainable businesses, was approached by Urban Beauty TV and BET to develop a pitch competition for Black female entrepreneurs operating in the health and beauty space. This is a national competition for young companies ready to grow.
This competition is being developed and run by WomenVenture, filmed, and produced by Urban Beauty TV and distributed to more than 90 million households through BET and BET Her. The programs will air in August 2021.
