Great Minds Challenge

The Great Minds Challenge is a two months capability enhancement program to accelerate process and performance while maximizing on the talents of young people working in companies and community organizations.
During the two months coaching program, participants bring on board in teams or individuals challenges facing their companies, and our objective is to turn the challenges into; innovative, sustainable future-proof impact plans that will be executed in companies or society to boost profit, enhance engagement with the people and protect the environment.
The highlight of the two months’ challenge is 3 exclusive days in Naivasha Great Rift Valley Lodge from the 25th to 27th of October.
We focus on creating innovative solutions for people, planet, and prosperity while nurturing a New Generation of Leaders who will co-create to prepare companies and the society for the future.
