La aceleradora Eatable Adventures tiene como misión CONSTRUIR LOS NEGOCIOS GASTRONÓMICOS DEL FUTURO. Nacida en 2015, trabaja con proyectos emergentes que, en un futuro cercano, prometen un impacto relevante en los hábitos de alimentación. Hasta la fecha han sido más de 400.

Su objetivo es aportar visión, experiencia, metodología y conexión con la industria para impulsarles en un crecimiento sólido, rápido y seguro. Eatable Adventures activa el ecosistema de emprendimiento gastronómico a través de Gastroemprendedores, plataforma que, junto al Programa de Aceleración de Gastroemprendedores 2018, desarrolla eventos enfocados a las comunidades locales de emprendedores.
