Associate – Business and Marketing Analytics

General Description

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing key lead generation efforts (paid and organic search for example), create and issue weekly and monthly acquisition/engagement reports for senior executives, as well as manage the CRM program to increase user engagement and retention. This professional will also work as a liaison with Business Development and Product teams, integrating marketing efforts with the product database and sales efforts.

Although these are the core responsibilities, this associate will have the ability to lead and get involved with a number of different marketing projects, work closely with designers and creative resources to design new creative assets, and represent the company at a number of high-profile industry events.

This is a high-exposure, high-responsibility position with significant ability to generate impact and growth at a mature startup that occupies a leading position in the financial technology space.

Requirements:

• College degree
• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience
• Familiarity with segmentation and customized communications
• Analytical ability and interest
• Attention to deal
• Good communication skills
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Driven, enthusiastic, and self-starter
• Familiarity with marketing automation software and email campaigns a plus
• Startup or digital agency experience a plus

This individual will report to the company-wide Business Analyst and will have a good degree of integration and proximity to the marketing team for other marketing initiatives.
