Dr. Chertow has been Director of the Industrial Environmental Management Program at Yale since 1991, and her research focus is on industrial waste reuse opportunities in the US and Asia. Dr. Chertow's prior experience includes ten years in environmental business and state and local government, including serving as President of a waste infrastructure bonding authority with more than $1billion in projects. Dr. Chertow holds a PhD and MBA from Yale University.
