She has particular strengths in sales, product management and “thought leadership” and her clients have included Starbucks, Microsoft, and McDonald’s.

Sallakonda is a visionary in Human Capital Management (HCM)/Talent Acquisition solutions. Most recently he was the chief architect for the Talent Management suite at Oracle. Prior to Oracle, Satish was instrumental in developing Teamscape, an early stage Learning Management platform which was acquired by PeopleSoft.
