Joel began as COO of the fastest growing AT&T MVNO in '03 and supplied the US ARMY & NAVY w/ 100k emergency handsets in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. In addition, Joel owned 20 AMP’d Mobile Retail sites, distributed to 100's as a Master Dealer & inked First-of-its-kind Kiosk deals w/ MoneyGram & Western Union. Joel's next step came when he developed a proprietary VoIP platform for two mobile apps that recieved 8 million downloads to date.

David has previously been the Director of Distributed Systems for J. Crew, & a developer/systems architect at Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley & ING Barings. David recently served as President & CEO of Public Interest Network Services, Inc. (PINS), a major CLEC/wholesale provider of voice & data services in NYC for 12 yrs. David has degrees in Chemistry and Economics and has been Sr. Management for over 18 yrs.
