Paracas Solutions LLC (dba MeetingKing) was established in October 2010 exclusively for the development of MeetingKing. In Dec 2010 Paracas hired an outsource firm in Belarus, Altoros, to develop MeetingKing. First private beta was available in April 2011, public beta in Sept 2011 and the official release in February 2012.
