    Dr . Eric Seibel invented the scanning fiber endoscope which has received funding from WTC, NIH, NSF, and PENTAX (HOYA Corporation). Widely published and a featured speaker in bio-imaging, he is currently a Research Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Director of the Human Photonics Lab at UW and serves as CTO of LightScan Technologies
