Tariq received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan and was formerly with Dickinson Wright in Detroit where he focused on corporate law and finance. Tariq also served as an assistant attorney general with the State of Michigan and litigated cases throughout the State of Michigan. Tariq has been involved in the online legal space for over 10 years. Tariq is also head of content development for Epoq Inc.

His prior work experience includes Deloitte Consulting, General Electric, and Rockwell Engineering. . His domain experience includes technology, productization of services, e-commerce, business process re-engineering, outsourcing and design of cross border delivery centers. He holds a Masters Degree from RPI in New York.
