    Steve founded GammaXScan Technologies Inc. in March 2016 after having acquired PhoRad Diagnostics Inc. Since 1995, Steve has led the transition of innovative atom-optic, fiber-optic borehole, laser based counter-attack, and DWDM sensor and system products from R&D into commercial and military production in defense contractors, government labs, and commercial companies. Steve received his M.S. and B.S. from USC in mechanical engineering.

    Alex Voytov has 30+ years of work experience in research in Physics, Chemistry, software development and in electronics.Alex participated in new materials development, in Chernobyl, Ukraine disaster recovery, in mass production of many SW and HW products of Intel, ON Semiconductor and many other products of other companies. Alex has M.S. and B.S. in physics of fast chemical processes from Institute of Engineering Physics, Moscow , Russia.
