Mauricio Carey is Principal of Brooklyn-based c23 Creative, a branding, design + web development boutique with 15+ years experience developing brand identity, print materials and interactive media. Formerly Art Director with Limited Brands and Conde Nast, he's a bookworm, photographer, blogger, computer geek, drummer, musicologist and cinephile.

Michael's experience is comprised of music, finance & technology. Michael started gigging at age 15 and financed college by performing in the Denver area. He worked 18 years as an investment banker in New York City (Merrill Lynch, The Lodestar Group, and SG Cowen), specializing in M&A. He founded and sold a finance tech company and leads the coding for FanDistro. Michael was an Honors Scholar in Finance, University of Denver. He's an Eagle Scout.

Steve is an energetic, creative, forward-thinking, and entrepreneurial executive with over 20 years experience with some of the world’s leading media companies, major corporations and startups alike, in music, social media, TV, film, and publishing.
His experience features successful titles as a Senior A&R executive for several of the world’s largest music companies, including Capitol, Virgin, Elektra, Eleven Seven/Five Seven, Billboard & more.

Steve is a sales, marketing and lead generation expert bringing over 30 years of results oriented leadership with a strong intersection of skills at customer experience, strategy, and technology. An innovative leader, he has worked as both an executive and consultant in developing and implementing innovative sales, marketing and product strategies across multiple industries.

Tanguy loves solving problems and implementing innovative ideas to do so. Yet, what really drives him forward must be his limitless fascination for music and Artists. He believes that musicians are an endangered species and that FanDistro is fighting the appropriate challenges for the right reasons. Tanguy holds a bachelor of commerce from McGill University and Master in Music Business from New York University.

Rob has been a software and web developer for the past 10 years. Most recently Rob developed software at Inflexxion. Rob has been an active musician for the past 15 years. He has recorded two albums with 2 different bands and released his first solo album in 2009 where he played all the instruments. He is currently working on a new album which he hopes to release by the end of the year. Rob has a Masters Certificate in guitar from Berklee Music.

Rich has over 30 years experience in executive management, sales and marketing positions in large companies and entrepreneurial settings alike. He has extensive experience in business strategy and execution, business development, product innovation and the full spectrum of marketing disciplines. He brings the disciplines of a larger company, the nimble urgency of a small firm, and the relentless commitment to results required by both.
