James graduated from one of nation’s top high schools, and graduated from Georgetown in May 2013 with a degree in marketing. He was a White House intern speechwriting for the Vice President and was named 2013 Georgetown Entrepreneur of the Year. Previously, James also founded and grew a non-profit e-newsletter startup to revenue and consulted with numerous non-profits on social media strategy. Felipe is a full-stack developer with 9+ years of professional experience. He is an expert in Ruby on Rails and .NET, and previously founded a loyalty app startup. Before Encore Alert, Felipe was a product lead for Dell in Brazil, and earned an MBA from the top business school in Brazil (FGV). Responsible for technology stack; Full-time.

Tammy is currently on leave of absence from studying marketing at Georgetown to work on Encore Alert full-time. She began designing websites for non-profit organizations at age 16 (she attended the same high school as James) and was named 2014 Georgetown Entrepreneur of the Year. Tammy is one of the best designers in Washington, DC, and is responsible for all product design, product management, and customer success; Full-time.
