8 years as an air traffic controller, 2 of which were a shift supervisor. 2 years residential remodeling contractor, 6 years since founding ecoinsulate. FY 2012 & 2013 grew annual revenue over $1 million dollars. Due to lack of experience running a company of this size we were forced to scale back to clean up the balance sheet from losses incurred from poor management. FY 2015 & 2014 have been profitable, and I am ready to grow the company.
