I am an experienced business development strategist, familiar in formulating business plan and defining business model for entrepreneurs. I also help developing insights and vision for corporations, so as to improve their competitiveness. With both accounting degrees from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the University of Southern Queensland (Australia), I worked as financial manager for 9 years since 1988. I started my own executive search firm since 1997 and began the career as consultant. My specialist is in business development, strategic planning and execution. I always look for challenges in deals making, having them done in various creative ways. I have developed series of training modules about entrepreneurship, such as: skills of business plan writing, how to start a business with HK$100,000 and venture capital funding perspective.
