We prefer to invest in what we call pure angel capital opportunities.This means companies taht can be funded to cash flow break even purely by angels without requiring venture capital. Inprcatice this menas companies whose investment requirements are in the range of $500K to $2M.
We selectively invest in companies which will require venture capital to reach break even,however inorder for this type of investment towork we need to identify our the lilkey venture capital investors oup front and reach some kind of understanding with them regarding the condition sunder which they woul dinvest in the company following our seed investment.
